摘要
为了有效解决煤矿井下钢轨式接触网的锈蚀,分析了物理除锈、激光除锈、化学除锈的优缺点,选择了更适合的物理除锈,同时研究了除锈装置的设计需求及功能要求,研制了具备自动升降、左右偏移补偿、压力可调的除锈装置。经过现场工业性试验使用,顺利完成了接触网的除锈工作,验证了该装置的可行性,提高了煤矿井下接触网除锈工作效率,降低了工作劳动强度。
In order to effectively solve the rust of rail contact line in underground coal mine,the advantages and disadvantages of physical rust removal,laser rust removal and chemical rust removal were analyzed,and the more suitable physical rust removal was selected.At the same time,the design requirements and functional requirements of the rust removal device were studied,and the rust removal device with automatic lifting,left and right offset compensation and adjustable pressure was developed.The rust removal work of contact line was successfully completed through the industrial test on site,which verified the feasibility of the device,improved the efficiency of rust removal of contact line in underground coal mine,and reduced the labor intensity.
