摘要
提供一种新型装配式钢筋桁架梁的设计,采用蛇形腹筋代替传统箍筋,利用有限元软件ABAQUS对四个模型的受力性能进行分析。研究蛇形腹筋与底部纵筋形成的不同角度,以及梁在两种荷载形式下的力学性能。对比分析了传统钢筋混凝土简支梁与新型钢筋桁架简支梁的承载力、挠度、裂缝发展和经济效益。结果表明,相较于传统钢筋混凝土梁,新型装配式钢筋桁架梁的抗弯和抗剪承载力均有所提高,钢筋用量大幅度减小。在保证结构安全性和可靠性的前提下,新型装配式钢筋桁架梁结构充分发挥钢筋混凝土结构的优势,节约建设成本,将经济效益最大化。研究结果可对结构专业设计人员提供参考。
This paper provides the design of a new type of assembled steel truss beam with serpentine web reinforcement instead of traditional hoop reinforcement.Based on a reasonable concrete plastic damage principal structure model,the force performance of this model is analyzed by finite element software ABAQUS.The different angles formed by the serpentine web reinforcement and the bottom longitudinal reinforcement are investigated,as well as the mechanical properties of the beam under the two loading forms.The load carrying capacity,deflection,crack development and economic efficiency of the conventional reinforced concrete simply supported beam and the new steel truss simply supported beam are compared and analyzed.The results show that compared with the traditional reinforced concrete beam,the new assembled steel truss beam has improved flexural and shear bearing capacity and the amount of steel reinforcement is significantly reduced.Under the premise of ensuring structural safety and reliability,the new assembled steel truss beam structures to give full play to the advantages of reinforced concrete structure,saves construction cost and maximizes economic benefits.The results of the study can provide reference from the structural professional designers.
