摘要
建立了自动固相微萃取-气相色谱-串联质谱法测定瓶装水中17种邻苯二甲酸酯的方法,并将方法应用到10种市售瓶装水的分析中。在最优条件下,17种目标化合物的相关系数均大于0.997,方法的检出限在5ng/L~64ng/L之间,方法的平均回收率在89.5%~107%之间,相对标准偏差在2.27%~8.73%之间,该方法有效地避免了干扰的引入,极大地降低了方法的检出限。
This method was applied to analyze 10 different brands of bottled water available in the market.Under the optimized conditions,the correlation coefficients of the 17 target compounds exceeded 0.997.The method exhibited a detection limits ranging from 5ng/L to 64ng/L.The average recovery rate of the method ranged from 89.5%to 107%,and the relative standard deviation was between 2.27%and 8.73%.By effectively eliminating interference and significantly reducing the detection limit,this method proves to be highly reliable.
