微生物发酵指利用微生物或酶促反应底物生成目标产物的过程,具有环境友好的优势。微生物发酵技术可广泛应用于可持续绿色生产,实现从原材料到最终产品的全过程环保化。实施微生物发酵的关键在于筛选和构建高效菌株,并优化发酵条件和设备。展望未来,合成生物学方法可用于改造菌株和设计发酵途径。相关政策应鼓励和支持推广应用发酵技术,以减少环境足迹,实现绿色可持续发展。文章将系统阐述微生物发酵的环境友好性及其在可持续生产中的应用,并提出促进发酵技术实现绿色可持续发展的关键策略与建议。
Microbial fermentation is the process of using microorganisms or enzymes to catalyze reactions of substrates to generate target products.It has the advantage of being environment-friendly.Microbial fermentation technology can be widely applied to sustainable green productions,enabling the entire process from raw materials to final products to be environment-friendly.The key to implementing microbial fermentation lies in screening and constructing efficient strains,and optimizing fermentation conditions and equipment.Looking ahead,synthetic biology methods can be used to modify strains and design fermentation pathways.Policies should encourage and support the promotions and applications of fermentation technology to reduce environmental footprint and achieve green,sustainable development.This paper will systematically elaborate on the environmental friendliness of microbial fermentation,as well as its applications in sustainable productions,and provide key strategies and suggestions to promote fermentation technology for green,sustainable development.
