成型钢筋混凝土T形梁抗震性能非线性有限元分析

摘要 成型钢筋采用钢筋集中加工与配送模式,具有生产效率高、质量稳定、经济性好等特点,是建筑工业化的重要环节。成型钢筋骨架和钢筋焊接网是2种常见的成型钢筋。针对腹板配置成型钢筋骨架、翼缘配置钢筋焊接网的混凝土T形梁,基于有限元软件ABAQUS建立了考虑成型钢筋构造的非线性有限元模型,有限元分析结果与完成的成型钢筋混凝土T形梁低周反复荷载试验结果吻合较好。在此基础上,研究了钢筋成型工艺(手工绑扎、绕箍成型、穿箍成型)、混凝土浇筑方式(现浇、叠合)、混凝土强度(C30,C40,C50)、纵筋配筋率(0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1.2%)、配箍率(0.2%,0.4%,0.6%)对钢筋混凝土T形梁抗震性能的影响规律。结果表明:绕箍成型、穿箍成型钢筋叠合梁和手工绑扎钢筋现浇梁的荷载-位移曲线较相似,所有试件位移延性在4.4~5.2;相比于纵筋配筋率为0.4%的绕箍成型钢筋叠合梁,纵筋配筋率为0.6%~1.2%试件的正、反向抗弯承载力分别提高25%~93%,18%~48%,正向位移延性由4.3下降为4.2~4.0,反向位移延性由5.0下降为4.8~4.5;绕箍成型钢筋叠合梁与现浇梁的骨架曲线相近,叠合梁比现浇梁的正、反向抗弯承载力分别低6%和10%以内;混凝土强度和配箍率对绕箍成型钢筋混凝土梁的抗弯承载力和位移延性的影响在4%以内。总体上,成型钢筋混凝土T形梁具有较好的抗震性能,成型钢筋可作为传统手工绑扎钢筋的替代方案。 As a vital component of construction industrialization,fabricated steel bar utilizes an approach of centralized processing and distribution,which has the characteristics of high construction efficiency,consistent quality and favorable cost-effectiveness.Reinforcement framework and welded steel fabric are two common types of fabricated steel bar.Nonlinear finite element models for concrete T-beams with fabricated framework in web and welded steel fabric in flange were established based on ABAQUS.The models considering fabricated steel bar configuration were validated by previous test results.The effect of fabricated framework types(manually tied steel bar,fabricated steel bar using hooped stirrup,fabricated steel bar using passed through stirrup),beam types(cast-in-place,composite),concrete types(C30,C40,C50),longitudinal reinforcement ratios(04%,06%,08%,12%)and transverse reinforcement ratios(02%,04%,06%)on the seismic behaviour of concrete T-beams with fabricated steel bars was studied.The results showed that the load-displacement curves of the composite T-beam with hooped stirrup,composite T-beam with passed through stirrup and cast-in-place T-beam with manually tied steel bar were relatively similar,exhibiting a displacement ductility ranging from 44 to 52;Compared with the hooped stirrups reinforced composite T-beams with 04%longitudinal reinforcement,the positive and negative flexural capacity of the specimens with 06%to 12%longitudinal reinforcement increased by 25%to 93%and 18%to 48%,respectively,and the positive displacement ductility decreased from 43 to a range of 42 to 40 when the negative displacement ductility decreased from 50 to a range of 48 to 45;The skeleton curves of composite T-beams with hooped stirrups were similar to that of cast-in-place T-beams,and the positive and negative flexural capacity of the composite beams were 6%and 10%lower than those of the cast-in-place beams,respectively.The concrete strength and transverse reinforcement ratio had less influence of 4%on the flexural capacity and displacement ductility of composite T-beams with hooped stirrups.Overall,it demonstrated that concrete T-beams with fabricated steel bar exhibited good seismic performance and fabricated steel bar could be a viable alternative to traditional manually tied steel bars.
