“破五唯”背景下高校教师评价体系构建

摘要 高校教师的科学评价是提升高等教育质量和促进教师专业发展的核心要素。长期以来,高校对教师的评价基于学历、获奖、论文、职称和人才“帽子”,这给高校教学科研和教师发展等带来诸多不利影响。因此,在分析目前高校教师评价体系主要问题的基础上,探索了更为精细化的教师多元评价标准和体系,建构了科学化的教师评价体系,以期为高校教师的自身专业化发展提供有效的方法和路径。 Scientific evaluation of college teachers is the core element to improve the quality of higher education and promote the professional development of teachers.For a long time,the evaluation system of college teachers has a bad tendency of focusing on academic qualifications,awards,paper’s professional levels and talents titles,which has brought many adverse effects on teaching,scientific research and teacher development in colleges and universities.Therefore,on the basis of analyzing the main problems existing in the current evaluation system of university teachers,we should explore more refined multiple evaluation standards and systems for teachers and construct a scientific evaluation system for teachers,which provides effective methods and paths for the professional development of university teachers.
