大学生回乡就业创业意愿调研

摘要 通过问卷调查法了解某高校大一至大四学生的回乡就业创业意愿。研究结果显示,大学生回乡就业创业考虑薪资因素的人最多,一半左右的学生想回乡从事电商和自媒体行业,且期望薪资为每月4000~10 000元。通过独立样本t检验发现,性别、户口类型及是否为独生子女这些因素显著影响大学生回乡就业创业的意愿,且男生回乡就业创业的意愿低于女生,农业户口的大学生更倾向于回乡就业创业,独生子女回乡就业创业的意愿较低。单因素方差分析显示,年级会对大学生回乡就业创业的意愿产生影响,其中大一、大二学生回乡就业创业的意愿更强。Pearson相关性分析表明,大学生越了解家乡的政策或创业孵化器越想回到家乡工作。高校应引导学生将家乡的传统产业同电商和自媒体相结合,并为学生提供专业指导教师,进一步加大对乡村的宣传力度。 The study analyzes the willingness of college students of a college to return hometown for employment and entrepreneurship with questionnaire survey.The results of the research show that number of college students who return to their hometown for employment and entrepreneurship is the largest,about half of the students want to return home to engage in e-commerce and we-media industries and expect a salary of 4000~10000 yuan per month.Through the independent sample t test,it is found that gender,household registration type and whether they are the only child significantly affect the willingness of college students to return to their hometown for employment and entrepreneurship,and the willingness of male students to return to their hometown for employment and entrepreneurship is lower than that of female students,college students with agricultural household registration are more inclined to return to their hometown for employment and entrepreneurship,and the willingness of only children is lower.One-way ANOVA shows that grade has influence on the willingness of college students to return to their hometown for employment and entrepreneurship,among which freshmen and sophomores have stronger willingness to return to their hometown for employment and entrepreneurship.Pearson correlation analysis shows that the more college students know about their hometown policies or business incubators,the more they want to work in their hometown.Colleges and universities should guide students to combine traditional industries in their hometown with e-commerce and we-media,and provide professional instructors for students to further strengthen the publicity of rural areas.
