摘要
提出一种适应对冲燃煤锅炉的水平摆动式燃尽风技术,并在350 MW和660 MW超临界对冲煤粉燃烧锅炉上进行应用。研究结果表明:在NO_x排放不升高的前提下,燃尽风的摆动可大幅度降低CO排放,并解决了常规CO呈现靠近侧墙水冷壁高、中间低的分布不均现象,同时减少省煤器出口氧量偏差,起到缓解个别壁温超温的现象。该技术操作简单,运行可靠,可有效提升炉膛出口烟气的均匀性。
The author proposes a horizontal swing OFA technology and applies it to 350 MW and 660 MW supercritical coal powder combustion boilers.The research results show that,under the premise of not increasing NO x emissions,the swing of the OFA can significantly reduce CO emissions and solve the uneven distribution of conventional CO near the side wall water-cooled wall,which is high and low in the middle.At the same time,it reduces the deviation of oxygen content at the outlet of the economizer and also alleviates the phenomenon of individual wall temperature overheating.This technology is easy to operate,reliable to operate,and can effectively improve the uniformity of flue gas at the furnace outlet.
