新型ZJ118卷接机组流化床旋风式除尘系统设计

摘要 目前,烟草行业卷接技术日新月异,朝着柔性供丝、提高烟丝的松散性以及优化烟支单支克重的方向发展。ZJ118卷接机组是重庆中烟工业有限责任公司涪陵卷烟厂现有的卷接设备,其供料成条机流化床供丝系统采用当前先进的柔性风送方式,能有效降低烟丝的造碎率,将烟丝松散、柔和地输送到吸丝成型系统。但是,由于流化床装置运用的气流系统为内循环系统,随着设备运行时间的推移,烟丝中的粉尘不断被循环气流带走,沉积在循环通道内。粉尘堆积容易滋生虫卵、菌类,霉变会产生异味,直接影响设备内部各喷射点的流量压力及流化床内部流场,严重影响烟支的物理指标,是造成烟支空头的主要原因。基于此,对ZJ118卷接机组流化床的除尘系统进行改进,实现流化床的稳定运行,为产品质量提供有效保障。 At present,the tobacco industry is developing rapidly in the direction of flexible silk supply,improving the looseness of tobacco and optimizing the weight of single cigarette.ZJ118 winding unit is the existing winding equipment in Fuling Cigarette Factory of China Chongqing Industry Co.,Ltd.Its feeding machine fluidized bed wire supply system adopts the current mode,which can effectively reduces the crushing rate of tobacco,and transport tobacco loosely and gently to the suction molding system.However,because the airflow system used in the fluidized bed unit is an internal circulation system,the dust in the tobacco is constantly taken away by the circulation airflow and deposited in the circulation channel as the equipment runs.Dust accumulation is easy to breed eggs and fungi,mildew will produce odor,and directly affect the flow pressure and the flow field inside the fluidized bed,which seriously affects the physical indicators of cigarettes,and is the main cause of cigarette shortness.Based on this,the dust removal system of the fluidized bed of ZJ118 winding unit is improved to realize the stable operation of the fluidized bed and provide effective guarantee for product quality.
