摘要
传统的电除尘器自动控制系统采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)控制,其逻辑复杂、可读性差、可维护性低。PLC系统无法与主控系统完成一体化,导致工艺上的割裂,额外地增加了运维成本。本文提出了一种基于分散控制系统(DCS)的电除尘器自动控制方案。
The traditional automatic control system for electrostatic precipitators utilizes programmable logic controller(PLC)control,which has complex logic,poor readability,and low maintainability.The PLC system cannot be seamlessly integrated with the main control system,resulting in process disintegration and significantly increased operational costs.This paper proposes an automatic control scheme for electrostatic precipitators based on the distributed control system(DCS).
