摘要
目的:观察熄风活血汤治疗眩晕肝阳上亢证的效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年12月医院收治的82例眩晕肝阳上亢证患者随机分为常规组(给予乐萌治疗)和试验组(在常规组的基础上给予熄风活血汤治疗),每组41例。连续治疗2周后评价治疗效果。对比两组中医临床症状评分、临床疗效,对比两组治疗期间不良反应。结果:治疗后试验组主证、次证及总分均低于常规组(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率(92.68%,38/41)高于常规组(73.17%,30/41)(P<0.05)。结论:熄风活血汤治疗眩晕肝阳上亢证可有效缓解患者临床症状、提高临床疗效,安全可靠。
Objective:To observe the effect of Xifeng Huoxue decoction in the treatment of vertigo with hyperactivity of liver yang.Methods:82 patients with vertigo and hyperactivity of liver-yang treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups:routine group(treated with Le Meng)and experimental group(treated with Xifeng Huoxue decoction on the basis of routine group)with 41 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after continuous treatment for 2 weeks.The clinical symptom score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,and the adverse reactions of the two groups during treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,the main syndrome,secondary syndrome and total score of the experimental group were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the test group(92.68%,38/41)was higher than that of the conventional group(73.17%,30/41)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xifeng Huoxue decoction can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and improve clinical efficacy in the treatment of vertigo with hyperactivity of liver-yang.
