缓粘结预应力技术在杭州西站项目中的应用分析

摘要 以浙江省杭州市西站工程项目为例,分析了大型公共建筑工程中,缓粘结预应力筋遇到长期预留施工通道的处理方案,并从缓粘结预应力深化图纸设计和工程实施的角度出发,重点介绍了梁中预应力筋遇型钢骨后钢绞线穿设问题、预应力筋张拉端排布问题等深化过程中关键问题的处理原则和解决方案,为大型公共建筑工程中缓粘结预应力的深化设计和工程施工提供参考。 Taking the project of Hangzhou West Railway Station as an example,this paper analyzes the treatment scheme of longterm reserved construction channel for retard-bonded prestressing tendons in large-scale public building projects,and from the perspective of deepening drawing design and engineering implementation of retard-bonded prestressing tendons,mainly introduces the problems of steel strand passing through the prestressed tendons in the beam after meeting the section steel The principles and solutions of the key problems in the deepening process,such as the arrangement of the tension end of the prestressed tendons,provide a reference for the deepening design and construction of the retard-bonded prestressing in large-scale public building projects.
