基于3种BLUP方法的长白公猪精液性状遗传参数估计

摘要 【目的】探究3种BLUP方法在长白公猪精液性状及其稳定性遗传参数估计中的差异。【方法】收集了来自2294头长白公猪的227361条精液数据,使用R语言ASReml软件包,分别用基于系谱的最佳线性无偏预测(PBLUP)、基因组最佳线性无偏预测(GBLUP)和一步法(SSGBLUP)3种BLUP方法对精液性状及其稳定性进行遗传参数估计。【结果】使用PBLUP、GBLUP和SSGBLUP估计遗传力分别为:精液体积(VOL)0.21、0.08和0.20,精子密度(DEN)0.17、0.06和0.12,精子活力(MOT)0.25、0.06和0.26,精子畸形率(ABN)0.38、0.09和0.47,总精子数(TSN)0.11、0.03和0.09,有效精子数(FSN)0.15、0.03和0.12,精液体积稳定性(C.V.VOL)0.11、0.05和0.08,精子密度稳定性(C.V.DEN)0.03、0.02和0.03,精子活力稳定性(C.V.MOT)0.28、0.02和0.12,精子畸形率稳定性(C.V.ABN)0.09、0.01和0.03,总精子数稳定性(C.V.TSN)0.13、0.02和0.12,有效精子数稳定性(C.V.FSN)0.20、0.04和0.16。相关性分析的结果表明,3种BLUP方法估计的精液性状稳定性间的表型相关(0.11~0.99)和遗传相关(0.12~0.99)均呈正相关,且PBLUP方法估计性状间相关性结果与SSGBLUP方法的基本一致,精液品质性状间均呈一定的相关关系(-0.88~0.99),其中,精子畸形率与精子活力、总精子数和有效精子数均为遗传负相关(-0.28~-0.88),总精子数与有效精子数为遗传高度相关(0.98)。【结论】使用PBLUP和SSGBLUP方法估计的遗传力高于GBLUP方法。除ABN为中高遗传力性状,精液性状及其稳定性均为中低遗传力性状。 【Objective】This study was aimed to explore the differences in the estimation result of genetic parameters of semen quality and stability traits of Landrace boars by three BLUP methods.【Method】227361 semen datas from 2294 landrace boars were selected for the study.Then the datas were used PBLUP、GBLUP and SSGBLUP for genetic parameter estimation by asreml package.【Result】The result shows that the estimated heritability of PBLUP and SSGBLUP were higher than GBLUP.The heritability results estimated by pblup,gblup and ssgblup methods are as follows:Semen volume(vol)was 0.21,0.08 and 0.20,sperm density(DEN)was 0.17,0.06 and 0.12,sperm motility(MOT)was 0.25,0.06 and 0.26,percentage of abnormal sperm(ABN)was 0.38,0.09 and 0.47,total sperm number(TSN)was 0.11,0.03 and 0.09,and functional sperm number(FSN)was 0.15,0.03 and 0.12.C.V.of semen volume(C.V.VOL)0.11,0.05 and 0.08,C.V.of sperm density(C.V.DEN)0.03,0.02 and 0.03,C.V.of sperm motility(C.V.ABN)0.28,0.02 and 0.12,C.V.of percentage of abnormal sperm(C.V.ABN)0.09,0.01 and 0.03,C.V.of total sperm number(C.V.TSN)0.13,0.02 and 0.12,and C.V.of functional sperm number(C.V.FSN)0.20,0.04 and 0.16.The results of correlation analysis of three BLUP methods showed that the phenotypic correlation and genetic correlation between semen stability traits were positive correlation.In terms of semen traits,the estimated results of pblup method are basically consistent with those of ssgblup,which showed a high genetic correction between TSN and FSN(0.98).In conclusion,the heritability estimated by pblup and ssgblup methods was higher than that of gblup.The result of correlation showed that the result of PBLUP method was the same as SSGBLUP method,There was a certain correlation between semen quality traits(-0.88~0.99),among which,sperm deformity rate was negatively correlated with sperm motility,total sperm number and effective sperm number(-0.28~-0.88),and it showed a high genetic correction between TSN and FSN(0.98).The phenotypic and genetic correction between any two semen stability traits were positive correlation.【Conclusion】The heritability estimated by pblup and ssgblup methods was higher than that of gblup.Semen traits and semen stability traits were low or medium heritability traits expect ABN was high heritablity traits.
