摘要
目的探索叙事医学联合案例教学法在生殖医学本科生教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3—12月福建医科大学两个班的临床医学本科生作为研究对象,在生殖医学教学中实行分组教学。实验组(n=90)采用叙事医学联合案例教学法,对照组(n=90)采用传统以授课为主的教学法。通过理论知识、操作技能考核及满意度问卷调查评估两种教学方法的效果。结果实验组生殖医学理论知识、技能操作和生殖法律法规成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),教学满意度评分也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论叙事医学联合案例教学法可以有效提升生殖医学本科生的教学质量和教学满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of the narrative medicine combined with case-based teaching method in undergraduates cultivating.Methods Research objects were selected from Fujian Medical University,including undergraduates of two clinical medicine classes.From March,2020 to December,2020,group teaching was implemented in reproductive medicine education.The experimental group(n=90)adopted narrative medicine combined with case-based teaching method,while the control group(n=90)used traditional lecture-based teaching pattern.The effectiveness of the two teaching methods was assessed through theoretical knowledge and practical skill assessments,as well as satisfaction surveys.Results The experimental group surpassed the control group in assessments of theoretical knowledge,practical skills and reproductive laws and regulations(P<0.05),as well as the satisfa-ction surveys(P<0.05).Conclusion The narrative medicine combined with case-based teaching method was proved to effectively raise the teaching quality and satisfaction in reproductive medicine undergraduates cultivating,which is worth popularizing.
