摘要
含酸性气体油气井对固井水泥浆性能要求高,常规的固井水泥浆防腐蚀性能差,需要提高其抗腐蚀能力。为了研究适用于含酸性气体的防腐固井水泥浆体系,研究了树脂对水泥浆性能的影响,并研究了降失水剂、分散剂和缓凝剂,构建了树脂防腐水泥浆体系,并对水泥浆体系性能进行评价。实验结果表明,研究的树脂聚合物可以作为防腐剂提高固井水泥浆的抗二氧化碳腐蚀能力。降失水剂SAF可以明显降低水泥浆的失水量,分散剂FFS能调节水泥浆流变性,缓凝剂HAT可以调节水泥浆的稠化时间。使用研究的关键添加剂构建的树脂聚合物防腐水泥浆体系流变性好,失水量低,稠化时间满足施工要求,力学性能优异,且防腐蚀性能好。
Acidic gas oil and gas wells require high performance of cementing cement slurry.Conventional cementing cement slurry has poor corrosion resistance,and its corrosion resistance needs to be improved.In order to study the anti-corrosion and cementing cement slurry system suitable for acidic gases,the influence of resin on the performance of cement slurry was studied,and fluid loss reducing agents,dispersants,and retarders were studied.A resin anti-corrosion cement slurry system was constructed,and the performance of the cement slurry system was evaluated.The experimental results indicate that the resin polymer studied can effectively improve the elastic toughness of cement stone and enhance its corrosion resistance.The water loss agent SAF,dispersant FFS,and retarder HAT can effectively regulate the water loss,rheological properties,and thickening time of cement slurry.The resin polymer anti-corrosion cement slurry system constructed using the key additives studied has good rheological properties,low water loss,thickening time that meets construction requirements,excellent mechanical properties,and good anti-corrosion performance.
