摘要
目的针对痛风性关节炎(GA)患者在常规护理基础上联合中医特色护理,观察其对患者日常生活活动能力、生活质量的影响。方法收集2021年7月至2023年1月我院GA患者(n=60)进行前瞻性研究,采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组。对照组采用常规护理,内容包括生活起居、饮食、运动、心理、疼痛指导、穴位贴敷,观察组在此基础上联合耳部全息铜砭刮痧。比较两组护理前后Barthel评分、关节肿胀与疼痛程度(VAS量表),采用问卷调查患者满意度并进行比较。结果护理前组间Barthel、关节肿胀及疼痛评分比较结果为P>0.05;经过不同方案的护理之后,观察组Barthel评分高于对照组与护理前,关节肿胀、疼痛评分低于对照组与护理前,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为93.33%与对照组的73.33%比较,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论中医特色护理有利于改善GA患者临床症状,减轻关节肿胀及疼痛程度,提高患者日常生活活动能力,患者满意度高。
Objective To observe the impact of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with routine nursing on the daily living activities and quality of life of patients with gouty arthritis(GA).Methods A prospective study was conducted on GA patients(n=60)from July 2021 to January 2023 in our hospital.They were randomly divided into two groups with n=30 using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing care,including daily life,diet,exercise,psychology,pain guidance,and acupoint application therapy.The observation group received a combination of holographic copper needle scraping in the ear on this basis.Compare Barthel scores,joint swelling and pain levels(VAS scale)before and after nursing between two groups,and conduct a questionnaire survey on patient satisfaction.Results Barthel,joint swelling,and pain score were compared between groups before nursing(P>0.05);After different nursing plans,the Barthel score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and before nursing,and the joint swelling and pain scores were lower than those of the control group and before nursing,with significant differences(P<0.05);The difference in nursing satisfaction between the observation group(93.33%)and the control group(73.33%)was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing is beneficial for improving the clinical symptoms of GA patients,reducing joint swelling and pain,improving their daily living activities,and achieving high patient satisfaction.
