摘要
目的调查江苏省急诊急救专科护士灾害护理能力现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料问卷和灾害护理能力评估量表对江苏省13个城市53所三级医院182名急诊急救专科护士进行问卷调查。结果江苏省急诊急救专科护士灾害护理能力总分为(211.57±34.90)分,多重线性回归分析结果显示,是否接受过专门针对灾难护理的相关培训、当前的知识和技能是否能满足灾难救援需求是江苏省急诊急救专科护士灾害护理能力的影响因素(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论江苏省急诊急救专科护士灾害护理能力处于中等偏上水平,相关部门应关注急诊急救专科护士灾害护理培训内涵建设;重视专科护士师资力量建设及实践积累;依托专科护士再认证机制,完善灾害护理培训体系。
Objective To investigate the status quo of emergency nurses'disaster nursing ability in Jiangsu Province and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 182 emergency nurses from 53 tertiary hospitals in 13 cities of Jiangsu Province using general information questionnaire and disaster nursing ability assessment scale.Results The total score of disaster nursing ability of emergency nurses in Jiangsu Province was(211.57±34.90).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that whether they had received disaster nursing training and whether current knowledge and skills could meet the needs of disaster relief were the influencing factors of disaster nursing ability of emergency nurses in Jiangsu Province(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The disaster nursing ability of emergency nurses in Jiangsu Province is above the medium level.Relevant departments should pay attention to the connotation construction of disaster nursing training for emergency nurses,attach importance to the construction of specialist nurse teachers and practice accumulation,and improve the disaster nursing training system by relying on the re-certification mechanism of specialist nurses.
