摘要
目的系统评价慢性病患儿的灵性需求,为制订慢性病患儿的灵性照护方案提供参考。方法检索中英文数据库包括万方数据库、中国知网、维普、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library、CINAHL、PubMed,纳入关于慢性病患儿灵性需求的质性研究,检索时间从建库至2023年9月,文献质量评价采用2017版澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准,采用汇集性整合方法对研究结果进行整理。结果共纳入8篇文献,提炼出35个研究结果,归纳出9个类别,形成4个整合结果,分别是灵性照护的理解;与自身、他人、环境建立联系;维护个人信仰;灵性满足的困境。结论灵性照护对慢性病患儿产生积极影响,医护人员应帮助患儿探索自身灵性,满足患儿与自身、他人、环境建立联系的需求,尊重和支持患儿的个人信仰,帮助患儿摆脱灵性困境。
Objective To systematically evaluate the spiritual needs of children with chronic disease in order to provide evidence for the formulation of care programs.Methods The databases of Wanfang,CNKI,VIP,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane Library,CINAHL and PubMed were retrieved for qualitative research on the spiritual needs of children with chronic disease.The retrieval period was from inception to September 2023.The quality of the literature was evaluated by Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)critical appraisal tool for qualitative research(2017).Results A total 35 results were extracted from 8 literatures,and 9 categories were summarized to form 4 integrated results:the understanding of spiritual care;the relationship with yourself,others and the environment;stand up for your beliefs;the dilemma of spiritual satisfaction.Conclusions Spiritual care has a positive impact on children with chronic diseases,medical staff should help children explore their own spirituality,meet their needs to establish connections with themselves,others and the environment,respect and support their personal beliefs,help the children get rid of the spiritual dilemma.
