摘要
目的:对天水市秦州区育龄夫妇优生知识现状进行调查,为完善孕前优生健康教育项目及优化出生缺陷防治技术体系提供依据。方法:2021年2月—2022年6月随机抽取在秦州区妇幼保健院进行健康检查的382名秦州区育龄夫妇进行问卷调查。结果:天水市秦州区育龄夫妇优生知识普及率不高(优生知识问卷及格率为20.68%),优生态度良好(优生态度问卷及格率为100.00%);性别、文化程度显著影响育龄人群的优生知识和优生行为;与农村居民相比,城镇居民优生行为问卷的及格率较高。结论:相关部门应丰富优生知识的宣传手段,特别是加强官方新媒体的宣传作用,让普通人民群众认识到优生健康检查的重要性,积极主动学习优生知识,自觉参加婚前、孕前检查,约束优生行为,提高新生儿出生质量。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the present situation of birth defects and eugenic knowledge of prepregnancy healthy population in Qinzhou district of Tianshui,explore the prepregnancy health care situation,and improve the pre-pregnancy eugenics health education project.METHODS 382 couples of childbearing age in Qinzhou district were randomly selected by questionnaire survey from February 2021 to June 2022.RESULTS In Qinzhou district of Tianshui,the penetration rate of eugenics knowledge was not high(the passing rate was 20.68%),the attitude of eugenics was good(the passing rate was 100%),and the behavior of eugenics was poor.Different gender and cultural background significantly affected eugenic knowledge and eugenic behavior of people of childbearing age.Compared with rural areas,the passing rate of eugenic behavior in urban population was higher.CONCLUSION To enrich the publicity means of eugenics knowledge,especially to strengthen the publicity role of new media,so that the knowledge of eugenics becomes simple and easy to understand,so as to convey to people with low cultural background,so that the broad masses of people can realize the importance of the health examination of eugenics,consciously learn the knowledge of eugenics,actively participate in pre-marital and pre-pregnancy examination,restrain the behavior of eugenics,and improve the quality of newborns.
