摘要
为提升大粒径透水性沥青混合料(LSPM)的路用性能,采用干法工艺制备胶粉大粒径沥青混合料。首先,提出了干法胶粉沥青膜有效厚度计算方法,并借助析漏与飞散试验,以LSPM-25为研究对象,给出其最佳沥青用量;其次,借助车辙和渗透性试验,对比评价胶粉掺量对沥青混合料性能的影响;最后,借助汉堡轮辙和动态模量试验,分析胶结料类型(SBS、MAC及胶粉)对LSPM-25混合料的影响特征,并对不同类型混合料的节能减排进行量化分析。结果表明:干法胶粉LSPM-25的最佳沥青用量为3.4%、胶粉最佳掺量为20%;路用性能测试结果显示胶粉-LSPM25与SBS-LSPM25沥青混合料的高温抗车辙性能和水稳定性接近,均优于MAC-LSPM25沥青混合料,然而,MAC-LSPM25与胶粉-LSPM25的动态模量整体均要高于SBS-LSPM25;在延长荷载作用时间或升温过程中,相同级配下,SBS胶结料变软或粘性降低的节点出现较早。另外,相较于SBS-LSPM25及MAC-LSPM25沥青混合料,干法胶粉-LSPM25表现出优异的节能减排效果,以1 km高速公路计算为例,MAC-LSPM25碳排放量约为干法胶粉的1.12倍,SBS-LSPM25约为干法胶粉的1.05倍。
In order to improve the road performance of large-size permeable asphalt mixture(LSPM),crumb rubber large particle asphalt mixture was prepared by dry process.Firstly,the calculation method of the effective thickness of dry-process crumb rubber asphalt membrane was presented.On this basis,with the help of leakage and dispersion tests,the optimum asphalt content of LSPM-25 was given.Secondly,the effect of crumb rubber content on the performance of asphalt mixture was compared and evaluated by means of wheel rut and permeability test.Finally,by means of Hamburg wheel rut and dynamic modulus test,the influence characteristics of binder types(SBS,MAC and rubber powder)on LSPM-25 mixture were analyzed,and the energy saving and emission reduction of different mixtures were analyzed quantitatively.The results show that the optimum asphalt content is 3.4%and the optimum crumb rubber content is 20%,road performance test results show that crumb rubber-LSPM25 is close to SBS-LSPM25 in high temperature rutting resistance and water stability,and is superior to MAC-LSPM25.However,the dynamic moduli of MAC-LSPM25 and crumb rubber-LSPM25 are higher than that of SBS-LSPM25 as a whole.In the process of prolonging the loading time or heating up,the joints of SBS binder softening or viscosity decreasing appear earlier under the same gradation.In addition,compared with SBS-LSPM25 and MAC-LSPM25 asphalt mixture,the dry-process crumb rubber-LSPM25 shows excellent effect of energy saving and emission reduction.With the calculation of 1 km highway as an example,the carbon emission of MAC-LSPM25 is about 1.12 times that of dry-process crumb rubber,SBS-LSPM25 is about 1.05 times that of dry-process crumb rubber.
