氧舱内气体监测系统的设计

摘要 为了使用户更准确、全面地了解氧舱内的气体成分,打造安全舒适的舱内环境,采用了多个不同种类的传感器来采集氧舱内的气体成分信息,降低舱内高压环境对传感器的影响,使用了蓝牙无线技术来传送数据、手机或平板显示数据,云服务平台来管理数据,从而构成一种包含数据采集、显示、报警、无线远传功能的监测系统。通过现场测试,该设计可以稳定可靠地为舱内和舱外人员提供氧舱内气体的数据和设备的运行状态,是一种操作简单、实用性强的新型设计。 In order to enable users to have a more accurate and comprehensive understanding of the gas composition inside the oxygen chamber,a safe and comfortable indoor environment has been created.Multiple types of sensors are used to collect information on the gas composition inside the oxygen chamber,reducing the impact of the high-pressure environment on the sensors.Bluetooth wireless technology is used to transmit data,mobile phones or tablets display data,and cloud service platforms manage data,forming a monitoring system that includes data collection,display,alarm,and wireless remote transmission functions.Through on-site testing,this design can stably and reliably provide data on the gas inside the oxygen chamber and the operating status of equipment for personnel inside and outside the cabin.It is a new type of design with simple operation and strong practicality.
