摘要
目的观察五花芍草汤合凤凰衣、木蝴蝶治疗阴虚型胃脘痛的临床效果。方法将2019年5月—2021年5月就诊的60例阴虚型胃脘痛患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组采用五花芍草汤合凤凰衣、木蝴蝶治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的63.33%(19/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组各项中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五花芍草汤合凤凰衣、木蝴蝶治疗阴虚型胃脘痛患者效果显著,可改善其临床症状,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wuhua Shaocao decoction combined with membrana fouicularis ovi and oroxy⁃lum indicum in treating epigastric pain of yin deficiency type.Methods Sixty patients with epigastric pain of yin deficiency type from May 2019 to May 2021 were taken as the research objects,and were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the method of drawing lots,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with Wuhua Shaocao decoction combined with membrana fouicularis ovi and oroxylum indicum.The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than that of the control group(63.33%,19/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differ⁃ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wuhua Shaocao decoction combined with membrana fouicularis ovi and oroxylum indicum in treating epigastric pain of yin deficiency type has a significant effect,can improve the clinical symptoms,and is worth popularizing.
