摘要
中医药具有源远流长、博大精深的历史,其发展与中医药人才的培养密切相关。高校是培养创新人才的主要阵地,中医药事业发展的关键就是创新人才的培养。文章阐释了中医药创新人才的内涵,分析了高等中医药院校培养创新人才的问题,并提出措施如人才培养应与社会需求相适应、加大宣传及激励制度、树立学生创新意识、加强科研与教育的结合、强化教师队伍建设、优化课程设置和教学方法等,以培养高等中医药院校创新人才。
Traditional Chinese medicine has a long and profound history,and its development is closely related to the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine talents.Colleges and universities are the main positions for cultivating innovative talents,and the key to the development of traditional Chinese medicine is the cultivation of innovative talents.The article explained the connotation of inno⁃vative talents of traditional Chinese medicine,analyzed the problems of cultivating innovative talents in university of traditional Chi⁃nese medicine,and put forward the measures that talent cultivation should adapt to social needs,strengthened the combination of sci⁃entific research and education,strengthened the construction of teachers,optimized the curriculum and teaching methods to cultivate innovative talents in university of traditional Chinese medicine.
