摘要
近几年,建设主管部门从顶层设计的角度,旨在通过智能建造与建筑工业化协同发展的路径来解决建筑业的转型升级问题。本文基于CiteSpace软件对智能建造与建筑工业化协同发展要素进行可视化分析,以三度空间和协同学为视角,确定二者协同发展系统框架,界定二者协同发展绩效内涵,结合平衡计分卡构建二者协同发展绩效测度指标体系。运用熵权-TOPSIS-障碍度模型对沈阳市二者协同发展绩效进行实证分析,结果表明:2018—2021年沈阳市二者协同发展绩效水平由较低提升至较高,主要障碍因素集中于物理和社会空间,与实际发展情况相符。最后结合各空间的绩效水平和障碍因子,提出对策建议以提升二者协同发展绩效,为推动我国建筑业高质量发展提供参考。
In recent years,from the perspective of top-level design,the construction authorities have aimed to solve the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry through the path of synergistic development of intelligent construction and construction industrialization.Based on the visual analysis of the elements of the synergistic development of intelligent construction and construction industrialization by CiteSpace software,this study takes the trio space and synergetics as the perspective,determines the system framework of the synergistic development of the two,defines the connotation of the performance of the synergistic development of the two,and combines the balanced scorecard to construct the performance measurement index system of the synergistic development of the two.Using the entropy weight-TOPSIS-obstacle degree model to empirically analyze the performance of the synergistic development of Shenyang.The results show that the synergistic development performance level of Shenyang rises from low to high during 2018—2021,and the main obstacles are concentrated in the physical space and social space,which is in line with the actual development situation.Finally,by combining the performance level of each space and obstacle factors,countermeasures are proposed to improve the performance of the synergistic development of the two,which provides a reference for promoting the high-quality development of China’s construction industry.
