高职院校教师产教融合能力提升的现实困境与纾解路径

摘要 高职院校教师产教融合能力提升既是推动高职教育与产业需求对接和助推高职教育高质量发展的必然要求,也是增强高职学生就业竞争力和职业适应性的迫切需要。在当前高职教育体系中,深入把握并有效应对教师产教融合能力提升的现实困境,成为实现教育与产业深度融合的重要前提。当前,高职院校教师产教融合能力提升面临政策支持与执行落实之间的偏差、教师专业发展与工作压力加重的矛盾、企业需求与院校供给的错位、资源配置与教师需求之间的不均衡等现实困境,可以从推动政策落实、强化组织支持、深化校企合作、优化资源配置、完善制度保障等方面促进高职院校教师产教融合能力的提升。 The enhancement of industry-education integration abilities among vocational college teachers is not only an inevitable requirement for aligning vocational education with industry needs and promoting high-quality development in vocational education but also an urgent need to strengthen the employability and vocational adaptability of vocational college students.In the current vocational education system,it is crucial to thoroughly understand and effectively address the realistic dilemmas for enhancing teachers’industry-education integration abilities,as this forms a significant premise for achieving deep integration between education and industry.Presently,vocational college teachers face several realistic dilemmas in enhancing their industry-education integration abilities,including the gap between policy support and actual implementation,the contradiction between professional development and increased work pressure,the disparity between industry enterprise needs and school resource provision,and the imbalance between resource allocation and teachers’needs.These challenges can be addressed by promoting policy implementation,strengthening organizational support,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,optimizing resource allocation,and perfecting systemic guarantees.
