“人工胆汁”技术治疗PTGD管断裂残留一例

“Artificial bile”technology for the treatment of PTGD tube fracture residue:A case report

摘要 病例患者女性,86岁,2023年10月7日因“右上腹痛4 d”收住入院,查体:右上腹压痛、反跳痛,伴轻度腹肌紧张,Murphy征阳性。急诊腹部CT示急性胆囊炎合并胆囊结石、胆总管结石(图1A)。实验室检查:血常规,白细胞16.44×10^(9)/L,中性粒细胞比例占89.7%;降钙素原24.2 ng/mL;肝功能,谷丙转氨酶310 IU/L,谷草转氨酶390 IU/L,碱性磷酸酶196 IU/L,血清γ-谷氨酰基转移酶390 IU/L,总胆红素99.8μmol/L,结合胆红素50.3μmol/L;淀粉酶、脂肪酶正常。既往有高血压、糖尿病史30余年,日常活动能力差。
