医学相关专业全日制硕士研究生科研能力调查分析

Investigation and analysis of scientific research ability of full-time postgraduate students in medical related majors

摘要 目的:了解医学硕士研究生的科研能力现状,为促进硕士研究生科研能力培养提供依据。方法:通过滚雪球抽样法,使用问卷星对本校234名医学硕士研究生进行调查,采用因子分析、单因素分析和多元线性回归分析等方法处理数据。结果:收回230份有效问卷,单因素分析结果显示,参与过科研项目的学生科研综合能力(t=-2.826,P=0.005)、学习能力(t=-2.273,P=0.025)、实操能力(t=-2.725,P=0.007)得分较高;文献阅读每周6篇以上的学生科研综合能力(t=-2.897,P=0.004)、思维能力(t=-2.286,P=0.025)、实操能力(t=-2.120,P=0.043)、写作能力(t=-2.011,P=0.046)、表达能力(t=-2.230,P=0.033)得分均较高;定期召开组会的学生写作能力(t=-2.189,P=0.033)、表达能力(t=-2.034,P=0.043)得分较高。多元线性回归分析结果显示,文献阅读每周6篇以上(b=3.750,P=0.009)、参与过科研项目(b=2.445,P=0.012)及定期召开组会(b=2.493,P=0.041)对科研综合能力有正向影响。结论:科研参与经历、文献阅读数量及组会召开频率等是医学硕士研究生科研能力的主要影响因素。 Objective:To understand the status quo of scientific research ability of postgraduate medical students,and to provide basis for promoting the cultivation of scientific research ability of postgraduate medical students.Methods:A total of 234 medical graduate students were investigated by using the questionnaire star in snowball sampling.The data were processed by factor analysis,single factor analysis and multiple linear regression.Results:Altogether 230 valid questionnaires were collected.The results of single factor analysis showed that the students who participated in scientific research activities had higher scores in scientific research comprehensive ability(t=-2.826,P=0.005),learning ability(t=-2.273,P=0.025)and practical ability(t=-2.725,P=0.007).Students who read more than 6 pieces of literature a week(t=-2.897,P=0.004)have higher score of comprehensive scientific research ability,thinking ability(t=-2.286,P=0.025),practical operation ability(t=-2.120,P=0.043),writing ability(t=-2.011,P=0.046),expression ability(t=-2.230,P=0.033).Students who held group meetings regularly scored higher in writing ability(t=-2.189,P=0.033)and expression ability(t=-2.034,P=0.043).Multiple linear regression results showed that reading more than 6 pieces of literature a week(b=3.750,P=0.009),scientific research participation experience(b=2.445,P=0.012),and the frequency of regular group meetings(b=2.493,P=0.041)had a positive effect on the comprehensive ability of scientific research.Conclusion:The research participation experience,the number of literature reading and the frequency of group meeting are the main influencing factors of research ability of the postgraduate medical students.
