摘要
目的观察柴银口服液治疗小儿风热感冒的临床效果。方法选取2022年7月至2023年7月寿光市人民医院东院区儿科接诊的88例风热感冒患儿作为研究对象,按照奇偶数法分为参照组(44例)、试验组(44例)。参照组采用利巴韦林治疗,试验组采用柴银口服液治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状缓解时间、炎症因子水平。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组发热、咳嗽、鼻塞流涕、寒战缓解时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组白介素-6、白介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴银口服液治疗小儿风热感冒的临床效果显著,能够改善症状,减轻炎症反应,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chaiyin Oral Liquid in the treatment of common cold of wind heat type in children.Methods A total of 88 children with common cold of wind heat type in the Department of Pediatrics,East District of Shouguang People’s Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into reference group(44 cases)and experimental group(44 cases)by the odd-even method.The reference group received Ribavirin treatment,while the experimental group received Chaiyin Oral Liquid treatment.The clinical efficacy,symptom remission time and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).T he remission time of fever,cough,nas al congestion and runny nos e,and chills in the experimental group was earlier than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-8 and tumor necrosis factor-α in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaiyin Oral Liquid treating common cold of wind heat type in children has significant clinical effect,which can improve symptoms and reduce inflammatory response,and is worth promoting.
