摘要
随着我国国民经济蓬勃发展,民众对质量的关注度愈来愈大。质量监管抽检,作为根据国家产品质量法而明确制定的一项质量监管措施,在现阶段怎样才能更为高效的进行,关乎着一个国家人民群众的切身利益。而出台的《产品质量监督抽查抽样工作规范》团体标准要求,通过明晰抽取操作过程、细化具体的抽取操作,可以更加规范抽取操作、弥补规范的不足,同时也便于市场质量监管机构对抽取机构进行考核。
With the vigorous development of China’s national economy,people pay more and more attention to quality.As a measure of quality supervision in accordance with the Product Quality Law of China,how to carry out random inspection for quality supervision more efficiently at this stage concerns the vital interest of the people.The association standard T/SDAS 460-2022,Specification for sampling and spot check of product quality supervision work standard,clarifies the sampling process,and determines the specific sampling operation,which contributes to more standardized sampling operation,makes up for shortcomings of other standards,and also facilitates the market quality supervision departments to evaluate the sampling institutions.
