摘要
本研究采用db/db小鼠模型探究栀子提取物对糖脂代谢异常是否具有改善作用,旨在为栀子提取物作为精准膳食营养膳食干预原材料提供科学依据。结果显示,与模型对照组相比,栀子提取物低、高剂量组小鼠的体重、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平明显降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平明显升高;同时,栀子提取物能够有效改善db/db小鼠肝脏谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、活性氧、超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平,表明其可以有效缓解肝脏损伤和氧化应激水平。本研究表明栀子提取物具有干预糖脂代谢异常的作用。
In this study,db/db mouse model was used to explore whether gardenia extract could improve abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism,aiming to provide a scientific basis for gardenia extract as a raw material for precise dietary nutrition and dietary intervention.The results showed that compared with the model control group,the body weight,fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels of mice in the low and high dose groups of gardenia extract were significantly decreased,and the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly increased.At the same time,gardenia extract can effectively improve the levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,reactive oxygen species,superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase in the liver of db/db mice,indicating that it can effectively alleviate liver damage and oxidative stress levels.This study shows that gardenia extract has the effect of interfering with abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism.
