摘要
中国制造业转型升级、众多新技术应用引领智能制造人才核心能力的迁移,单一技术人才向复合型、学习型、创新型人才转变。为适应智能制造人才核心能力的新变化、新要求,职业院校要不断探索和调整智能制造人才培养所适应的教育教学模式。成果导向教育模式是欧美多国经过实践探索证明较为成功的培养模式,将成果导向理念应用在智能制造类专业课程教学改革,要在课程目标制订、课程设计、课程实施、考核评价等环节实践成果导向设计,实现课程向“以学生为本”和“以学生为中心”转变。
The transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry,and the applications of new technologies have caused the migration of the core abilities of intelligent manufacturing talents,from the single technical talents to compound,learning and innovative talents.In order to adapt to the new changes and new requirements for the core abilities of intelligent manufacturing talents,vocational colleges should constantly explore and adjust the education and teaching mode adapted to the training of intelligent manufacture.Outcome-based education is a relatively successful training mode proved by practice and exploration in many countries in Europe and America.The application of OBE concept in the teaching reform of intelligent manufacturing professional courses needs to practice the outcome-based design in the links of course goal formulation,course design,course implementation,assessment and evaluation,so as to realize the transformation of the curriculum to"student-based"and"student centered".
