摘要
本文通过提升进料有机质挥发性固体(Volatile Solid,VS)容积负荷,探究了餐厨垃圾中温湿式厌氧、中温干式厌氧、污泥协同干式厌氧3种厌氧发酵方式的可承受负荷上限。结果表明:不同厌氧发酵方式承受负荷存在差异,其中中温湿式厌氧发酵方式承受最高VS容积负荷为4.50 kg/(m3·d),中温干式厌氧发酵方式承受最高VS容积负荷为6.00 kg/(m3·d),污泥协同干式厌氧发酵方式在最高试验负荷10.00 kg/(m3·d)时系统仍未开始酸化。
This paper explores the maximum allowable load of three anaerobic fermentation methods for kitchen waste,namely wet anaerobic,dry anaerobic,and sludge synergistic dry anaerobic,by increasing the feed VS(Volatile Solid)volumetric load.The results showed that there are differences in the load capacity of different anaerobic fermentation methods.The maximum VS volumetric load for wet anaerobic fermentation is 4.50 kg/(m3·d),and the maximum VS volumetric load for dry anaerobic fermentation is 6.00 kg/(m3·d).The system still did not start acidification when the maximum experimental load is 10.00 kg/(m3·d).
