数字化技术在精神医学教育中的应用及挑战

摘要 精神医学教育广义上包括本科生教育、研究生教育,以及正在精神心理相关岗位工作的医护人员的毕业后继续教育。文章深入探讨了数字化技术在现代精神医学教育中的应用,以及其伴随的挑战和探讨了可能的解决方案。随着科学技术的快速发展,数字化技术,如在线课程和教育平台、移动应用程序、虚拟现实、人工智能和神经影像技术等,为精神医学教育提供了多样化的教学手段和教学模式。数字化技术消除了传输知识与经验交流的距离障碍,为学生提供了与专家教授以及其他同行实时互动的机会。此外数字化技术提供了个性化的学习机会和创新的教学模式。为了充分发挥数字化技术在精神医学教育中的潜力并克服其潜在的挑战,精神医学教育者、数字技术等科技公司和教育管理人员需要紧密合作。需要增加这些数字化技术的普及性,让有精神医学教育需求的受众都能获得使用这些数字化技术的条件以及知晓如何科学使用的方法。应与时俱进,将不断更新的数字化技术与精神医学教育有机结合,使之相辅相成增强教育效果。笔者希望文章能够为广大的精神医学教育者和管理者带来参考和启示。 Psychiatric medical education includes undergraduate education, graduate education, and continuing education for medical and nursing personnel working in psychiatric and psychological-related positions. This article delves deep into the application of digital technology in modern psychiatric medical education and discusses the accompanying challenges and potential solutions. With the rapid development of science and technology, digital technologies, such as online courses and educational platforms, mobile applications, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and neuroimaging techniques, offer diverse teaching methods and models for psychiatric medical education. Digital technology has eliminated the barriers to knowledge transfer and experience sharing, providing students with real-time interactive opportunities with expert professors and peers. Additionally, digital technology offers personalized learning opportunities and innovative teaching models. To maximize the potential of digital technology in psychiatric medical education and overcome its challenges, psychiatric educators, tech companies in digital technology, and education administrators need to work closely together. It is necessary to increase the accessibility of these digital technologies so that audiences with psychiatric education needs can have the conditions to use these digital technologies and know scientifically how to use them. It is essential to keep pace with the times, organically integrating continuously updated digital technologies with psychiatric education to complement each other and enhance educational outcomes. The author hopes this article can provide inspiration for a vast number of psychiatric educators and managers.
