高职院校内涵建设与质量提升——关系辨析与改革突破

摘要 高职院校质量提升需要强化其自身的内涵建设。质量提升的实质是内涵建设,内涵建设是质量提升的重要方法与手段。高职院校要锐意改革:突破专业内涵建设,优化人才培养;突破“教学做”,优化课程改革;突破“双高度”团队,优化师资队伍;突破“强实践”,优化校企命运共同体;突破“强教管”,优化过程控制;突破创新,优化特色办学。从而推进“高质量+高标准”的内涵建设与发展,实现质量提升和可持续发展。 Higher vocational colleges need to strengthen their own connotation construction to improve quality.The essence of quality improvement is connotation construction,which is an important method and means of quality improvement.Higher vocational colleges are determined to reform,strengthen professional connotation construction to optimize talent training;enhance“teaching+learning+doing”to optimize the curriculum reform;develop the“double height”team to optimize the teaching staff;strengthen the practice to optimize the school-enterprise community with a shared future;enhance“teaching management”to optimize process control;innovate and optimize the characteristic school running.Through these efforts we promote the connotation construction and development of“high quality+high standard”,so as to improve the quality and achieve sustainable development.
