摘要
在“双碳”背景下,传统建筑业向节能环保的装配式建筑方向转型升级已是必然趋势。本文通过调研装配式建筑PC构件智能化生产现状,分析了代表性生产企业的智能化程度,对比了PC构件生产企业市场,为装配式建筑PC构件生产企业智能化改造指出方向,提出智能化改造实施路径,以满足我国装配式建筑PC构件生产企业实现向智能建造转型升级的需求。
Under the background of"double carbon",transforming and upgrading of the traditional construction industry to energysaving and environmentally friendly prefabricated buildings dominates the trend in the industry.By investigating the intelligent production status of PC components in prefabricated buildings,analyzing the intelligence degree of representative production enterprises,and comparing the market of PC components production enterprises,this paper proposed the strategy for the intelligent transformation of PC components production enterprises in prefabricated buildings and the implementation path of intelligent transformationto meet the needs of PC component manufacturers in prefabricated buildings to realize the transformation and upgrading to intelligent construction.
