摘要
在社会经济高质量发展的阶段,高职院校金融管理专业的人才培养和金融企业的需求之间还存在一定的差距,高职院校培养的金融人才满足不了金融企业的岗位需求。为提升金融管理专业人才培养质量,各级地方政府应加大对产教融合的支持力度,提升高职院校与金融企业的积极性,激励校企双方深度融合,突破原有人才培养模式,加强“双师型”师资队伍建设,满足金融企业对人才的需求,提升人才培养质量,实现高职院校培养高素质技术技能型人才的目标。
At the stage of high-quality development in society's economy,there still exists a certain gap between the talent cultivation of financial management specialty in higher vocational colleges and the demands for financial enterprises and the financial talents cultivated in higher vocational colleges cannot meet the demands for financial enterprises.In order to improve the talent cultivation quality in financial management specialty,the local governments at all levels should increase their support for the industry-education integration,enhance the enthusiasm between higher vocational colleges and financial enterprises,encourage the deep integration of colleges and enterprises,break through the original talent cultivation modes,strengthen the construction of“double-qualified”teaching group,meet the demands of financial enterprises for talents,improve the quality of talent cultivation,and achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality and high-skilled talents in higher vocational colleges.
