摘要
目的通过对慢性病患者购买居家医疗护理服务产品的意向及其影响因素的研究,为完善慢性病患者居家医疗服务体系提供依据。方法通过文献查阅方法,以fishbein模型为框架自行制作问卷,运用方便样本法、问卷星调查的方法对江苏省45岁及以上慢性病人群进行调查,通过数据处理对影响因素进行分析。结果结构方程模型证实风险感知、个人态度、主观规范、从众心理、个人认知对购买意向具有正向影响,各因素之间风险感知和主观规范对个人认知没有正向影响。结论注重产品内容与消费者具体情况相结合,一方面注重产品质量赢得消费者赞誉,另一方面注重产品后期公关巩固并扩大消费者群体。
Objective To study the intention of patients with chronic diseases to purchase domestic medical care service products and the influencing factors,and to provide basis for improving the home-based health service system for patients with chronic diseases.Methods Literature review was adopted,and a questionnaire was developed by using the fishbein model as the framework.Chronic disease patients of 45 years old and above in Jiangsu Province were surveyed by means of convenient sampling method and questionnaire star survey,then the influencing factors were analyzed through data processing.Results The structural equation model confirmed that risk perception,personal attitude,subjective norms,herd psychology and personal cognition had a positive impact on purchase intention,while risk perception and subjective norms had no positive impact on personal cognition.Conclusions It is vital to combine product content with the specific situation of consumers.On the one hand,we need to attach importance to product quality to win consumer praise.On the other hand,we need to focus on the post-purchase public relations to consolidate and expand the consumer group.
