摘要
以大区域陆上集中式光伏资源开发储量评估为研究对象,建立了基于太阳能理论蕴藏量、光伏资源可开发量、光伏技术可开发量、光伏规划规模4个层次的光伏资源开发储量评估理论体系及技术路线,并提出一种光伏技术可开发集中区域自动提取方法,全面评估大区域集中式地面光伏资源开发潜力。以某县县域为例,应用本文提出的方法评估出该区域光伏资源开发储量;应用该方法对某规划场址进行分析,并与工程可行性研究成果进行对比,验证了该方法评估的全面性和可实施性。
Taking the evaluation of exploitable potentials of large-scale onshore concentrated photovoltaic(CPV)resources as the research object,the theoretical system and technical route for the evaluation of photovoltaic resource exploitable potentials is built on the basis of four levels of the theoretical potentials of solar energy,the exploitable capacity of PV resources,the technical exploitable capacity of PV resources,and the PV planning capacity,and at the same time,a method to automatically extract the area which is technically appropriate for CPV exploitation is proposed for the comprehensively evaluation of the exploitable potential of onshore CPV resources in large areas.Taking a county as an example,the method proposed in this paper is applied to evaluate the exploitable capacity of PV resources in the region,and the evaluation results of a planning site are compared with the results of project feasibility study,that verifies the comprehensiveness and practicability of the evaluation method.
