摘要
面对飞速发展的数智时代,来自国内30多所高校、科研院所、社会组织等机构的近60位专家学者、业界同行围绕“数智时代的人道传播与人道主义事业——技术、人文与共生”进行深刻讨论。在对人、人道主义、人道传播的本质追问中,学者们洞察到技术作为真理的发生方式与人的复杂关系,揭示了变化中不变的人道主义内涵。同时,学者们从不同视角发表了自己对技术人道主义的看法,一方面辩证看待技术对人的异化与复归的可能,另一方面也看到了技术在不同领域进行人道援助的案例。基于此,与会者进一步展望了技术与人性共生的社会图景,即共建多元主体共生的日常关系、以共享为依托的新共在状态、以共治为目标的全民参与。
In the face of the rapidly developing digital era,nearly 60 experts,scholars and industry peers from more than 30 universities,research institutes,social organizations and other institutions in China discussed the topic of"Humantarianism and its Communication in the Era of Digital Intelligence-Technology,Humanity and Symbiosis".In their inquiries about the nature of human beings,humanitarianism and its communication,the scholars gained insights into the complex relationship between technology as a means of truth and human beings,and revealed the unchanging connotation of humanitarianism in the midst of change.At the same time,the scholars expressed their views on technological humanitarianism from different perspectives.On the one hand,they dialectically viewed the possibility of alienation and restitution of human beings by technology,and on the other hand,they also saw the cases of technology's humanitarian assistance in different fields.Based on this,the speaker further looks forward to the social picture of the symbiosis between technology and humanity from three aspects.They are the co-construction of a daily relationship in which multiple subjects coexist,a new state of co-presence based on sharing,and the participation of all people aiming at co-governance.
