摘要
特发性室性心律失常(IVAs)最常见的起源部位为心室流出道(OT),射频消融术已成为目前治疗OT-室性心律失常(VAs)常见的方法之一。通过心电图可以判断VAs的来源部位,为制定合理的消融方案提供有价值的信息,从而可以提高手术成功率、减少手术时间、降低并发症发生风险。
The most common origin of idiopathic ventricular arrhythmias(IVAs)is the ventricular outflow tract(OT),radiofrequency ablation has become one of the common methods for the treatment of OT-ventricular arrhythmias(VAs).The source of VAs can be determined by electrocardiogram,which can provide valuable information for the formulation of a reasonable ablation plan,so as to improve the success rate of surgery,reduce the operation time and reduce the risk of complications.
