摘要
针对山东能源集团有限公司(以下简称“山东能源集团”)管理所涉及的板块多、企业多、跨域广、业务流程体系复杂等问题,山东能源集团结合体系工程方法论,统筹协调、整体规划、集约建设,充分利用物联网、大数据分析治理、云计算等技术,建设了覆盖山东能源集团各管理层级安全、生产、调度、应急、生产技术等业务范围的煤矿安全生产一体化协同管理平台。通过在山东能源集团及权属的175家单位上线实际应用,不仅形成了采、存、治、用工业大数据应用体系,实现了安全生产全业务协同管理,打造了多层分工、三级联动安全应急管理应用,而且通过数字化技术手段提升了管理数据协同能力和水平,实现了数据要素赋能。
In response to the issues of multiple sectors,multiple enterprises,wide cross domain,and complex business process systems involved in the management of Shandong Energy Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Shandong Energy),by combining system engineering methodology with overall coordinates and plans,and intensifies construction,making full use of technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data analysis and governance,and cloud computing,Shandong Energy has built an integrated collaborative management platform for coal mine safety production,covering the business scope of safety,production,scheduling,emergency response,and production technology at all levels of energy group management.After practical application in 175 units owned by Shandong Energy,the platform has formed industrial big data application system for mining,storage,treatment and utilization,achieved collaborative management of safety production across all businesses and created a multi-level division and three-level linkage safety emergency management application,enhanced the collaborative ability and level of management data by means of digital technology,realized data element empowerment.
