猕猴桃园中6种植被生境节肢动物群落结构特征分析

摘要 为探究猕猴桃(Actinidia chinensis)园不同植被生境类型对节肢动物群落的影响.利用扫网和黄板诱集2种取样方法对猕猴桃园内鼠茅草(Vulpia myuros)、白三叶(Trifolium repens)、紫云英(Astragalus sinicus)、豌豆(Pisum sativum)、毛苕子(Vicia villosa)、百景一号(混播品种)6种生境中节肢动物种类和数量进行调查,并通过比较不同生境所得样本分析节肢动物群落的丰富度、多样性、相似性、均匀度等群落结构特征.此次调查共采集节肢动物136种共计5909头,分属2纲10目48科.综合评价各生境采集的个体数量,发现优势类群为昆虫纲(Insecta),半翅目(Hemiptera),盲蝽科(Mirada).不同生境中昆虫个体数量由多到少依次为百景一号>毛苕子>白三叶>鼠茅草>紫云英>豌豆;昆虫种类由多到少依次为百景一号>白三叶>鼠茅草>毛苕子>紫云英>豌豆.群落结构特征分析结果显示:各生境多样性指数H′值无显著性差异(P=0.357);紫云英与豌豆生境丰富度显著低于其他4种生境(P<0.001),大小依次为百景一号>白三叶>鼠茅草>毛苕子>紫云英>豌豆;均匀度指数J值无显著性差异(P=0.875).毛苕子生境与鼠茅草生境结构相似性系数为0.5625,呈中等相似.不同植被生境类型对猕猴桃园节肢动物群落结构组成有较明显影响,百景一号生境对昆虫群落数量和个体数量均最有利,且节肢动物多样性指数也最高. To explore the effects of different vegetation habitat types on arthropod communities of kiwifruit(Actinidia chinensis)orchard, the species and abundance of arthropods in six habitats, namely ratten grass(Vulpia myuros),white clover(Trifolium repens),Chinese milk vetch(Astragalus sinicus),pea(Pisum sativum),vetch(Vicia villosa),Baijing No.1(mixed varieties)were investigated by sweeping nets and yellow board trapping.The diversity characteristics of arthropod communities, such as richness, diversity, similarity, and evenness, were analyzed by comparing the samples obtained from different weed plant habitats.And the dominant vegetation habitat was evaluated by high diversity and quantity of arthropod communities, which is beneficial to the stable of ecology in kiwifruit orchard.In this investigation, a total of 5 909 arthropod individuals from 136 species were collected, belonging to 2 classes, 10 orders, and 48 families.Based on the comprehensive evaluation of the number of individuals collected from various habitats, Insecta was determined as the dominant group at the class level, Hemiptera at the order level, and Miridae at the family level.The number of insect individuals in different habitats was ranked from high to low as Baijing No.1>vetch>white clover>ratten grass>Chinese milk vetch>pea;whereas the number of insect species ranked as Baijing No.1>white clover>ratten grass>vetch>Chinese milk vetch>Pea.The results of community structure analysis showed that there was no significant difference in the diversity index(H′) of each vegetation habitat(P=0.357);the arthropod richness of the vetch and pea habitat was significantly lower than that of the other four habitats(P<0.001),with the order of Baijing No.1>white clover>ratten grass>vetch>Chinese milk vetch>pea;and there was no significant difference in evenness index(J)(P=0.875).According to the Jaccard similarity coefficient, the structure of the vetch habitat was the most similar to that of the ratten grass habitat, with a similarity coefficient of 0.562 5,showing a moderate similarity.Different vegetation habitat types have a significant impact on the structure of arthropod community in the kiwifruit orchard.Baijing No.1 habitat is the most advantageous plant for conserving the number of arthropod communities and individuals, as well as the highest diversity of arthropod community.
