高职院校教师教学创新团队建设路径研究

摘要 高水平的教师团队是培养高水平技术技能人才的根本。以高职电气自动化技术类专业为研究对象,教师教学创新团队建设定位培养数字化设计与制造技术技能型人才、深化课程体系与教学模式改革和提升教师的技术服务与创新能力,从师德师风建设、合理化校企团队组建、团队工作机制探索、团队技术服务能力提升、培训提升团队科研能力、专业课程教学改革、成果推广方面入手,探索教学团队建设路径。 A high-level team of teachers is the basis for cultivating high-level technical skills.Take the electrical automation technology major in higher vocational education as the research object.The positioning of teacher teaching innovation team construction is to cultivate digital design and manufacturing technology skilled talents,deepen curriculum system and teaching mode reform,and enhance the technical service and innovation ability of teachers.Exploring the path of teaching team building from these aspects of the construction of teacher ethics and style,rationalization of school enterprise team formation,exploration of team work mechanism,improvement of team technical service ability.The reform of professional course teaching mode and the promotion of achievements to enhance team influence.
