新疆白杨河流域河道内外生态需水的研究 被引量:1

摘要 新疆白杨河流域是干旱与极端干旱叠加型流域,水资源短缺导致生态用水被生产生活用水大量挤占。为了科学有效利用白杨河流域水资源,为该流域河流生态系统的水资源规划和优化配置提供理论依据,并且促进该流域经济社会生态协调发展,基于水文气象资料和遥感数据,采用Tennant法和面积定额法计算白杨河流域河道内河流生态需水量和河道外植被、湿地、城市生态需水量,进行新疆白杨河流域河道内外生态需水的研究。结果表明:维护白杨河流域生态稳定的最低生态需水总量为15124.32万m^(3),其中河流生态需水5964.45万m^(3),植被生态需水4963.20万m^(3),湿地生态需水749.67万m^(3),城市生态需水3447万m^(3)。白杨河流域河流生态需水主要集中在6—9月,植被生态需水主要集中在7—8月,且流域下游的生态需水量需要得到保障。 The Baiyang River Basin in Xinjiang is a region with combined drought and extreme aridity,where water scarcity has resulted in a significant trade-off between ecological water use and water allocation for industrial and domestic purposes.In order to scientifically and effectively utilize water resources,provide theoretical basis for water resource planning and optimal allocation of the river ecosystem in the Baiyang River Basin and promote coordinated development of economy,society and ecology of the watershed,the ecological water requirement of rivers in the Baiyang River Basin and of vegetation,wetland and urban ecology are calculated by Tennant method and area quota method based on hydrometeorological data and remote sensing data,and studies the ecological water demand inside and outside the Baiyang River Basin in Xinjiang.Results showed that the minimum ecological water requirement for maintaining ecological stability of the Baiyang River Basin is 151.2432 million m^(3),including 59.6445 million m^(3)for river ecological water requirement,49.632 million m^(3)for vegetation ecological water requirement,7.4967 million m^(3)for wetland ecological water requirement,and 34.47 million m^(3)for urban ecological water requirement.The river ecological water requirement in the Baiyang River Basin is mainly concentrated from June to September,while the vegetation ecological water requirement is mainly concentrated in July and August.Additionally,ensuring the ecological water requirement in the downstream areas of the basin is crucial.
