摘要
为解决电动晾衣机烘干效率低和干衣数量少的问题。基于TRIZ创新理论,开展了电动晾衣机的创新设计。通过系统功能模型图与因果分析得出现有电动晾衣机烘干效率低和干衣数量少根本原因,并综合运用系统裁剪、物-场模型及标准解和技术矛盾等方法,设计出全新的高性能晾衣机,通过对成本、可行性和可靠性的分析,确定了最终方案,得到量产方案和专利布局。使用TRIZ创新理论可优化现有设计方法,提供问题定义分析求解的思路,形成有效的系统化设计,为电动晾衣机的创新设计提供参考。
In order to solve the problem of the low drying efficiency and small drying quantity of electric drying racks,based on the TRIZ,the innovative design of electric drying racks is carried out.Through the functional model diagram of the system and cause-and-effect analysis,the root causes of the low drying efficiency and small drying quantity of existing electric drying racks are obtained,and a new high-performance rack is designed by comprehensively using the methods of system cutting,the material-field model,standard solution and technical contradiction.The final scheme is determined by analyzing costs,feasibility and reliability,and the mass production plan and patent layout are obtained.The use of the TRIZ can optimize existing design methods,provide ideas for problem-defining analysis and solving,and form effective systematic design,so as to provide references for the innovative design of electric drying racks.
