摘要
为实现“双碳”、电力低碳转型目标,基于绿色低碳发展理念,对内蒙古某110 kV变电站工程的建筑结构形式和设备选型与常规变电站进行了比较分析,依据碳排放量理论计算了本站相较于常规变电站的年减碳量。通过对比分析,本站主体结构采用的装配式钢框架结构可有效缩短工程建设周期,减少工程建设湿作业量;铝镁锰板复合保温板的良好保温、隔热性能适用于内蒙古严寒地区;采用透光率较高的碲化镉光伏板幕墙、天然酯绝缘油变压器和SF6/N2混合气体GIS设备具有绿色低碳的优点,每年可减少CO_(2)排放量203.86 t,有效降低了CO_(2)年综合排放量,有助于实现变电站的节能减排及变电站工程的低碳设计。
In order to achieve the goal of double carbon and low⁃carbon power transformation,based on the concept of green and low⁃carbon development,this paper compares and analyzes the architectural structure form and equipment selection of the Inner Mongolia Haoqinying 110 kV substation project with conventional stations,and calculates the annual carbon reduction of the station compared with conventional stations according to the theoretical calculation formula of carbon emissions.Through comparative analysis,the prefabricated steel frame structure adopted in the main structure of the station can effectively shorten the construction period and reduce the amount of wet construction work.The good heat preservation and thermal insulation performance of aluminum magnesium manganese composite thermal insulation board is suitable for cold regions of Inner Mongolia.The GIS equipment using cadmium telluride photovoltaic panel curtain walls with high transparency,natural ester insulated oil transformers and SF6/N2 mixed gas has the advantages of green and low carbon,which can reduce carbon emissions by 203.86 t(CO_(2))per year,which effectively reduces the annual comprehensive CO_(2) emissions,and contributes to the realization of energy saving and emission reduction of substation and low⁃carbon design of substation project.
