摘要
目的:编制高校辅导员心理助人胜任特征问卷并检验信效度。方法:基于关键行为事件访谈和半开放式问卷获取理论结构和问卷条目,先后对540名和446名高校辅导员进行调查,其中88人参与了间隔3个月的重复测量。结果:问卷最终包含24个条目,区分度良好,题总相关在0.66~0.83。探索性因子分析获得5个因子,分别是知识储备、谈心谈话、识别判断、重点干预和助人特质。验证性因子分析表明,双因子模型更能解释问卷结构,包括1个共性因子和5个特殊因子(χ^(2)/df=3.12,SRMR=0.037,RSMEA=0.06990%CI[0.063,0.078],TLI=0.925,CFI=0.938)。问卷总分及各维度与辅导员胜任力自评得分、一般自我效能感问卷得分和人际反应指针量表得分显著正相关。总问卷及各维度的内部一致性系数在0.87~0.95;分半信度在0.76~0.88;重测信度在0.75~0.92。结论:高校辅导员心理助人胜任特征问卷符合心理测量学标准。
Objective:To develop and validate the College Counselors'Psychological Helping Competences Questionnaire(CCPHCQ).Methods:Based on behavioral event interview and primary survey,we constructed the theoretical structure and items of the CCPHCQ.Two groups of college counselors(n1=540,n2=446)filled out the questionnaires,88 of which filled out the retest measure after three months.Results:A 24-item questionnaire was developed,and these items had good differentiation and the correlation coefficients between each item and the summary score ranged from 0.66 to 0.83.The exploratory factor analysis resulted in five factors:psychology knowledge,psychological talking,psychological problem recognition,disorder and crisis intervention and helping traits.The confirmatory factor analysis supported the bi-factor structure of the CCPHCQ,including one general factor and five specific factors(χ^(2)/df=3.12,SRMR=0.037,RSMEA=0.06990%CI[0.063,0.078],TLI=0.925,CFI=0.938).The CCPHC showed significant positive correlation with the Counselors'Self-rating Competences,the General Self-efficacy Questionnaire and the Interpersonal Reactivity Index.The global questionnaire and factors showed good internal consistent reliability ranging from 0.87 to 0.95,showed good split-half reliability ranging from 0.76 to 0.88,and showed good test-retest reliability ranging from 0.75 to 0.92.Conclusion:The CCPHCQ is a psychometric adequate instrument to measure college counselors'psychological helping competencies.
