摘要
无水砂卵石地层中开挖易引起塌方,可采用大管棚支护。然而该地层中管棚打设困难,长距离打设还存在精度低、地层扰动大、变形大的问题,且缺乏经验。基于此,以北京地铁工人体育场站暗挖工程为背景,通过多组大管棚打设试验,比选得出打设长40.2 m的大管棚时可采用冲击旋转跟管钻进、高压风排渣的方法;据此调整确定了超长92.9 m大管棚打设所需设备和参数,并在现场成功实现了单根长度12.7~92.9 m、总长度58331 m的大管棚的打设,且打设精度高、质量好、地表变形小。最终提出隧道内无水砂卵石地层中超长大管棚打设施工工艺和重点控制措施,研究成果可为类似工程提供指导,弥补大管棚技术在无水砂卵石地层应用中的不足,具有重要工程意义。
Excavation in waterless sand and pebble stratum is prone to collapse,and large pipe sheds can be used for support.However,it is difficult to lay the pipe sheds in it,and there are problems such as low accuracy,large disturbance,and deformation during long-distance laying,making it difficult to use.Therefore,this article was based on the underground excavation project of Beijing Subway Workers'Stadium Station,and through the installation tests of large pipe sheds,it was concluded that for a 40.2 m long pipe shed,the method of impact rotating pipe drilling and highpressure air slag discharge can be used.Based on that,the equipment and parameters required for the construction of a 92.9 m long pipe shed have been determined,and successfully installed large pipe sheds with lengths of 12.7~92.9 m and total lengths of 58331 m on site,with high installation accuracy,good quality,and minimal surface deformation.Finally,the construction process and key control measures for the construction of super long pipe sheds in this formation were proposed.The research results can provide guidance for similar projects and solve the technical difficulties in the application of large pipe shed technology in waterless sand and pebble stratum,which has important engineering significance.
