综采工作面过断层区支护优化应用

摘要 针对长春兴煤矿602工作面尾端揭露F_(5)断层时,顺槽及工作面围岩出现应力破坏现象,对断层区围岩采取“超前注浆+工字钢搭梁+梯形梁组合锚索棚”等联合支护技术。实际应用效果表明:支护优化后煤壁片帮深度降低至0.4 m,尾端头空顶面积减小至1.2 m^(2),顺槽顶板移近量为0.19 m,帮部移近量为0.23 m,顺槽围岩支护载荷控制在允许范围内,取得了显著应用成效。 In response to the stress failure phenomenon of the F_(5) fault exposed at the tail end of the 602 working face in Changchunxing Collery,the surrounding rock of entry and the working face is subjected to joint support technologies such as"advanced grouting,I-beam construction and trapezoidal beam combination anchor cable shed"for the surrounding rock in the fault area,whose actual application results show that after the optimization of support,the depth of coal wall fragmentation is reduced to 0.4 m,the empty roof area at the tail end is reduced to 1.2 m^(2),the convergence of entry roof and side is 0.19 m and 0.23 m,respectively,and the support load of entry surrounding rock is controlled within the allowable range,which achieves significant application results.
