摘要
针对马脊梁矿留顶煤巷道快速掘进及围岩稳定控制的技术难点,以7704工作面回风巷为工程背景,运用模型仿真方法,重点分析因顶煤厚度的变化对巷道围岩稳定性的影响;该巷道拟定采用柔性锚杆支护方案;在掘进期间,对巷道表面位移进行了观测,其中两帮收敛变形最大量为24mm,顶板下沉最大量为19mm,柔性锚杆预应力均超出80kN,顶板离层明显降低,证明柔性锚杆支护效果优异。
In response to the technical dfficulties in rapid excavation and surrounding rock stability control of the top coal roadway in Majiliang Colliery,taking the ventilation roadway of the 7704 working face as the engineering background and using model simulation methods,the author focuses on analyzing the impact of changes in top coal thickness on the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway and proposes flexible bolt support scheme for the roadway,then he observes the surface displacement of the roadway,whose results is that the maximum convergence deformation of the two sides is 24 mm,the maximum subsidence of the roof is 19 mm,the prestress of the flexible bolt exceeds 80 kN,and the separation layer of the roof is significantly reduced,which proves the excellent support effect of the flexible bolt.
